it was more of a difficult interview. It was very long and took about 2 1/2 hours. There were a lot of difficult questions so definitely prepare for behavioral and clinical type questions. Also had a clinical scenario which I had to discuss and determine medical diagnoses and treatment plans.

I first received a phone call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was a panel interview that lasted 1 hour. There were a list of of situational/behavioral questions that they went through followed by 2 clinical questions and 2 video clinical case studies.

Interview
I applied to the new graduate RN program for the float unit on their website using the applicant portal and was contacted by email a few weeks later for an interview. I was emailed on Monday about an interview that would take place on Wednesday. I was interviewed with the person who emailed me and two other unit managers.
