It was okay. Went through many rounds and finally got to the last interview. I thought it went fine but they did not offer me a position. After three rounds and weeks of interviewing its annoying they would drag me along so far.
The entire process was well organized, many steps but seemed reasonable. Second phase was with 2 hiring managers who asked basically the same questions. Most questions were behavioral. Questions were not too complicated.
I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
MemoryBlue put me through multiple rounds of interviews, gave me a verbal offer, then confirmed it — only to pull the offer out of nowhere while I was on my honeymoon. No apology, no explanation, just a cold, careless email saying the job was no longer mine.
I turned down other great opportunities because I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. Their process is completely disorganized, and they clearly have no respect for people’s time, careers, or lives.
This company plays with people’s futures. If you’re considering working here — don’t. If this is how they treat new hires before day one, imagine what it’s like on the inside.
Avoid at all costs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Congratulations you got the job offer, will you accept it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Boston, MA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Many back and forth callas and zooms, pretty unorganized process but very informative. Took over two and a half months to complete full interview cycle. Would like to see a better pay rate but its entry level.
