Phone Interview with a recruiter, pretty standard questions but they put a nice personal spin on it,
Then I came in-person for an interview with two managers (one and then the other, not at the same time), the first manager asked me more standard interview questions about strengths, weaknesses, tell me about a time you succeeded, etc. and the second manager was more of a personal conversation asking about "who I am" - they do a great job of trying to determine not only if you're a good fit for them but also that you will be happy at the company. the role play is essentially you "selling" memoryBlue to a potential client, they give you some information and questions to ask and also understand that you've probably never done a sales call before or that you have limited experience. they're looking for someone who comes in and does their research and sounds confident on the phone. after the role play (same day) they told me about the comp plan.
