I submitted my resume online through a job posting site, and received a call the next week for a phone interview. The first interview was a phone conversation about career goals, and there was an initial introduction and description about the company and the job available. If they like you, they send you a personality test that says whether you would be good for sales (it was simple... typical answers) then they schedule a further in depth interview over the phone the next day. Once that was finished, I had a Skype interview with one of the Delivery Managers that would be my boss. Typical interview questions... If it goes well, they invite you to come in for a face to face interview where you have to do a sales role play phone call. You sit in a room by yourself, and the same guy goes into his office and you call him like you would call a prospect in the job. You pitch MemoryBlue and your services based off information you get well in advance through email. PREPARE! If you do, you'll be fine. After in interview, he walked me through the compensation plan, introduced me to the office, and sent me on my way. An offer came less than a week later after they spoke to all 4 of my professional references. I accepted and we agreed on a start date of a month later. I am now moving 1400 miles away to work for this great company! The interview process was 100% professional and streamlined.
