I was asked to onsite interview after brief interviews with HR person and Hiring Manager. The day I was interviewed happened to be the recruiting day for part-time warehouse workers. I was asked asked to park outside of the facility after security said she did not recognize the HR who sent the invite... At the entrance, I was asked to fill out a form for part-time warehouse worker. I dressed up in dress suit and wore high heels. Other part-time applicants stared at me like I was over-dressed... I was asked to fill out that form first and wait until being called. After 15 minutes of waiting, I explained I applied for Logistics Analyst and was asked for on-site... After these unexpected encounters, I was interviewed by an HR lady; later, interviewed by Transportation Director. After the face-to-face interview, I was supposed to complete a computer-based text on my Excel skills. But due to some problems on test computer, I didn't take the test and was told to come take test if required later. I waited two weeks for results as I've been told. Emailed HR to follow up after interview. No replies.
