Interview
Spoke to Manager at Store and was told to put in application. No real interview, just fill out the paperwork and attend orientation. The manager took my application then I was scheduled for the orientation process. While this is not typical for Menards, it was how I was hired there.
One interview with an HR representative that was mainly behavioral questions. It was a nice experience and I heard back from them very quickly regarding the status of my interview and if I had gotten the job.

The interview process was fairly simple fill out a couple pages of info and then the basic questions about your work history and the job. They hire you right there on the spot most of the time and it is easy work.
