It's easy you submit your application then interview. The HR will contact you and then you will decide if you want the job or not. It's a very okay place to work IPS is a nice bonus.
It was a very smooth process. The interviewer got right to the point and was very direct regarding the job responsibilities and what my day to day would entail. It was a very light-hearted interview
Apply In store or online if you get a call for an interview set up a date gm and hr will interview you ask question give you a chance to ask questions then you either get hired or not

What are my strength that I can bring to the company
Very easy and laid back. Questions were very direct and to the point. Interview was with two people at one time. Really easy process and I encourage anyone to take the job.
