I applied in-person. I interviewed at Menards (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
Very simple. Ask how you would fit in at the location. Fill out a worksheet indicating your strengths and preferences (such as working as a cashier, lumber yard, department, etc). At this point, it seems like if you're not a total nutcase, you will get the job. I along with everyone else that interviewed on that day got hired. Did not have to say much the HR pretty much does all the talking.

Question 1

They Had me fill out and sign an anti-crime form. The Interview was relaxed and smooth asked about college if you plan to move in the near future The Interviewer was nice and funny
It was a pretty lengthy process, I went through 3 interviews, the first one was more of a screening, then I interviewed with the front end manager and then the GM. Seems like a lot to work as a cashier but overall it was easy.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Menards (Cheyenne, WY)
Interview
It's been awhile but I was hired on after first interview..was told there was 2. Most the questions were the same ones asked at most interviews. (Tell them about yourself, your experiences.)
