Interview
Very inexperienced and awkward interviewer. She literally read every question like a robot, took no notes on my responses. She was very nervous, and could not make eye contact. She told me I was the perfect candidate for the Manager Trainee program, she would call me in a couple days. I never heard from her. I left her a voicemail, but she never called back.
It was a very smooth process. The interviewer got right to the point and was very direct regarding the job responsibilities and what my day to day would entail. It was a very light-hearted interview

What are my strength that I can bring to the company
Very easy and laid back. Questions were very direct and to the point. Interview was with two people at one time. Really easy process and I encourage anyone to take the job.
