There were 2 technical + behavioral rounds, Most of the questions were behavioral in both the rounds. One was with hiring manager and one was with head of data science. They did not took me because I was overqualified for the position. This is the feedback I have received from HR as well.

Only one round of interview which is a combination of Technical and Behavioral questions based on the previous work experience and academic projects. Interview went so well and it was a perfect fit position for me. But I did not get an offer which was then explained with an answer saying "other candidate was better than me".
