Interview
Applied online and received an automated scheduler to pick a time most convenient to have a 15 minute audio interview with first tier HR rep. Audio interview happened about 4 days after that and was done via MS Teams. Interviewer asked a couple of basic questions, including what are your salary expectations (with no indication given whether this was in line with what they expected to pay). Interviewer then told me they would send benefits package information and the name of the Hiring Manager and that they would contact me in 1-2 days to set up the next interview. They laid out how the next two interviews should progress. The HR rep then sent the benefits package to me via email, but HM never contacted me. I received an template "we've decided to pursue other candidates" letter about 2 days later.
