Interview
Phone Interview. HR and hiring manager interviews. Standard interview questions mainly to understand the type of person and how well you can work with the team. Each interviewer took about 30 mins. I heard back them after 3 days with the offer.
The interview began with the manager asking me to introduce myself. After my self-introduction, they asked follow-up questions about my experiences and background. Then, the manager explained the role and described what I would be doing if selected.

Interview
1 round of in person on campus interview after career fair, 2nd round was with 3 different people across Merck's site. Included Process engineers, R+D specialists, and automation engineers. 1st round was 30 minutes, 2nd round was 1.5 hours long with 2 sets of 2 interviewers

Explain why I would be a good fit at Merck, what I enjoyed most at my previous company, why I wanted to switch to a new company
Several rounds, not technical. Mostly the standard behavioral questions. First round was over the phone with 1 person, the second round was with several people and you interviewed with several different departments.
