Short process from initial application to interview and drug test. Interview was pretty standard and therwas a requored drug test and backround check. The initial HR training was so childish and ridiculous, I decided the culture was wrong for me. It also lasts for several weeks. It just wasn't the right fit for me but typical for such a large company.
