Interview
Applied online. Got contacted a month after for a phone screen 45 mins long, where a few behavioral questions were asked. Got contacted for a panel interview a week later for 4 back to back interviews each 45 mins long with members of different departments. Got called a week later for team selection and a week later to start the onboarding process. The phone screen consisted mainly of behavioral and resume based questions. The panel consisted of introductions behavioral questions, resume questions and a technical question or two from each panel, as well as scenario questions to see how you would resolve them.
The interview began with the manager asking me to introduce myself. After my self-introduction, they asked follow-up questions about my experiences and background. Then, the manager explained the role and described what I would be doing if selected.

1 round of in person on campus interview after career fair, 2nd round was with 3 different people across Merck's site. Included Process engineers, R+D specialists, and automation engineers. 1st round was 30 minutes, 2nd round was 1.5 hours long with 2 sets of 2 interviewers

Several rounds, not technical. Mostly the standard behavioral questions. First round was over the phone with 1 person, the second round was with several people and you interviewed with several different departments.
