Fairly typical, but will long pauses between steps.
Step1: Phone screen- This was with just a screener
Step2: Initial phone interview- This was from the hiring manager
Step3: Panel Interview-4 or 5 panel members from across the division
Step4: Second phone interview- with senior manager
