There were 3 interviews with local, global managers and one of the team, and then - with HR. Everyone was very nice and made you feel comfort during the interview. All of the questions were common: Tell about yourself and your experience and so on. But it took plenty of time between the interviews despite being told they had to fill the vacancy quickly. During the process once the vacancy was even frozen and after a week it was recovered again. In the end I waited for a final decision for more than 3 weeks and it was negative because they sort of decided not to hire at all. But after a few weeks, I saw that this vacancy was valid again. Wish the company to set up their recruitment processes better, be more transparent and value applicants’ time
