Merck Maintenance Manager interview questions

I received an email from an worker on staff. I never spoke with anyone from and interviewed with 3 separate panels. The first panel consisted the the hiring manager, an engineer and the union steward. Pretty straight forward questions and professional. The second panel one of the engineers assigned could not make it and the hiring manager stayed for that one with another union guy. Again pretty straight forward. The final panel consisted of two guys who were not given any questions to asked and questions were not as fluid. They reviewed my resume which seem a bit long so I figure I would drive the conversation. Overall they were all nice and I thought the interview went well but I got the feeling they had an internal candidate or the decision was 90% made.
