Interview
A staffing agency reached out to me, I applied, and then I was set up for a face-to-face. The overall process took maybe 1.5 weeks and so I was lucky. I was told that I would be interviewing with someone and was actually interviewed by two different people. The interviewers were very sweet. They did not try to grill me. I am entry level and explained my past job as a chemist that I held for 1 year. I honestly didn't think I'd get it because I figured they probably interviewed like 15 other more qualified people. I guess I was insecure. I got only 1 hour of sleep the night of the interview because I stressed myself out over it and my brain was running a million miles per hour. After the interview, the interviewer told me, "I look forward to talking to you soon". So I took this as a very positive sign however I didn't want to over analyze what he said and lead myself on. Two hours after my interview, I get a phone call, and I immediately realized it was most likely an offer. It was an offer and I took it. I'm very excited.
