Merck Sourcing interview questions

I had an interview with three directors for a sourcing position. The competition was very tight. There were many questions asked related to senario, and outcome. The toughest question was give me an example of a conflict and how you dealth with it. Other questions are as follows: - why did you apply for this position? - what is your experience in cross- functional team leading? - describe the largest sourcing project you involved in - what's your long term goal? - what's the most accomplished moment during your career?
