      Business Analyst Interview

      Feb 22, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mercy in Dec 2010

      Interview

Sent resume via mail. Took 3 weeks to get a call for an interview. Interview was scheduled for the next business day. HR asked me questions , general questions. They also asked if I had any issues working for a religious organization where crosses were on the wall , pictures of Jesus on the walls. I said no. Then the HR called the hiring manager. She was nice and well prepared. The interview with the hiring manager was 2 hours , but did not seem long at all. Two questions that were the ones that had me think where 1). If you could change something about yourself , what would it be? I asked change personally or work related, she said either. 2). Why should I hire you over someone else. They called me a day after the interview. Interview as about 2 hours long with the hiring manager.

      Interview

The career area of the website - it seems things go into a hole. I had submitted resume/application. Seemed they did not get it. Had a friend deliver it directly and went in via the back door. People were nice it is just a very long process to get someone hired here.
