Merkle Delivery Manager interview questions

I am having nearly 25 yrs exp in IT and in delivery managment more than 14 yrs, i was interviewed by 3 people from Merkle who are 8 yrs and 10 yrs of experince for more than 1 hour, so sadist people,they dont know to respect the resources, so silly questions, i dont know why they are runnning a company like this and no leadership in that company, very bad behaviour, you can ask me then why you attended, intially i did not know but after they started asking questions which is totally not relavnt to me
