Merkle Frontend Engineer interview questions

I had 2 interviews: with a recruiter and with a manager. The interview with a manager was too long. The next part of the process should be an interview with a technical team and finally a technical test. I have written a follow up email after second interview and haven't received any answer. It really makes me wonder how they treat the people that work there if they cannot politely close the process with the current candidates and just send some feedback.
