Interview
There was a three stage interview process which encompassed a telephone interview, a group interview and a presentation/solo interview. There was around a week or less in between each stage, with feedback provided a couple of days after each. Whilst there was a strong focus on your PPC knowledge, they also asked questions about your determination to specialize in PPC and you're motivations behind choosing PPC over other areas of digital marketing. The Interviewers themselves were very friendly and welcoming, but they didn't shy away from asking hard questions (especially during the presentation stage). Overall it was one of the best interviews processes I have been through.

Video interview, group interview, one on one interview, presentation on a pitch, offer. The process was outstanding thanks to the very professional duo involved. I loved the whole experience and enjoying working with my team from day 1 and still very excited about my career with them.
