Professional, friendly interviewers throughout. First round a phone call just, mostly questions about the company and culture fit. Final round had to do a case study for a pretend client and present paid search structure and strategy that I would use, followed by lots of questions about this.

It was a bit hard but the process was fast i only did 2 rounds, and the recruiter was friendly. Didn’t get the offer as they wanted someone who has work permit and residency in UAE.

Interview
Various levels of interviewing. Call stage, a group interview and then a 1-1 interview to present back a task that was provided a week prior. Challenging, but interesting to get stuck in. They don't expect you to be an expert but do want to see passion and interest.
