Merkle AVP-Operations interview questions

First-round simple with HR. Second round with Senior manager, Third round with Senior VPThe interview is mostly on your CV, Projects, and a real-time case study. After the third round, they mailed and said your interview was good but your strengths did not match for the position applied. No feedback was given why. I am totally confused about how they access as my skills and experience are a perfect match for this position, That was the whole reason why my profile was selected in the first place. They do whatever they wish. Doesn't matter how good you are. They also disrespect other organizations especially BPO and KPO's
