The interview was pretty simple. She didn't ask me typically interviews questions like "Why should we hire you" and etc. Also, I got the job on the spot and start on Monday!

Interview
The interview process was very simple, I was offered the job at the interview and started 2 days later. The only questions were about cleaning experience and any scheduling conflicts. I filled out onboarding paperwork at the interview.
Fill out paperwork answer questions and if they like you you will get a second interview. I am assuming the second interview will entail my drug screening and proof of the license and insurance
