Interview
Was interviewed initially to work outside of main office. Although the guy liked me I didn't accept the job because he was not offering benefits. From there I was referred to the main office eventually for the position they were trying to fill there.

Question 1
Was not a question of the hiring process, but after I had been there for over a year and my role was changed, I was asked why I couldn't do the job I was in (keep up with all the tasks) and told that others before me had been able to. Their training for my position was much less than adequate and I had the job of 2 people. I felt backed into a corner whenever they asked me why I couldn't do the job, like the explanation would not make sense or they wouldn't understand it.
