The interview process was straightforward. The first interview was a phone interview, and there were then two other interviews that were face to face in the office. No Skype interviews.

The questions were typical interview questions. Nothing too difficult that would throw you for a loop. If you practice ahead of time you will be fine. Try to highlight previous experience, and/ or skills, as they don't ask you questions about this directly, but it is implied.
It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for

Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.

full day of interviews. Started talking with an actuary, then met with younger assoiciates, and someone in the investment department. By the end of the day I was ready to leave and never come back.
