Very easy, I got the position within 2 rounds of interviews. Mike is a very helpful and nice recruiter. The process is very easy and the interview itself had behavioral questions. Use STAR method and you will be good for the interview
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MetLife
Interview
It was a very easy process with limited technical questions. There was no coding and mostly behavioral questions. I would maybe brush up on basic leadership questions and other behavioral questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Feb 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume on my university career site. I was later contacted to set up an interview on my university campus, but due to scheduling conflicts, they opted for a phone interview. The phone interview was mainly behavioral. I talked to the director of the internship program. She was very nice and was passionate about the summer program. I was moved to the next round, the Blitz day interview (where you go to headquarters and have ~4 interviews and other stuff), but due to conflicts, was unable to attend. Sounded like an interesting opportunity.
