I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online, via their website and my universities job board. I did a 30 minute phone interview, mostly behavioral questions. Then you take an online skills test. Then I was asked to do a final interview, I thought it would be with an actual person, but it was with a video conference with a manager. It was also pretty behavioral. No curve ball questions. After that I was given a presentation on the program, and later had lunch with some "pros" that finished the program.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife
Interview
The interview was relatively simple. It was comprised of primarily behavioral questions. In the final round, I was able to interview with the managers for two separate teams respectively. Interviewers were very kind, and very interested in learning more about who you are as an applicant.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Webster, NC) in Jan 2020
Interview
It went well. Multiple rounds of interviews including in person and online via webcam. Overall, I think it was a pleasant experience interviewing with MetLife and I would recommend them to others as well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
First round behavioral interview/ conversation at the college career center. Received an invite to the blitz day about a week later. The blitz day is all day long with 3 manager interviews and a a group case interview. Blitz day is not super serious as they want to get to know you and keep you relaxed. There are more behavioral type questions and questions like have you done anything with____ before? Easy interviews to get to know you. You receive a decision within two weeks. The whole process took less than a month. Super easy and they keep you informed. Make sure to express your interest in the program and why you want this position. You are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you. They look to have conversations with you during the interviews instead of questioning you constantly.
