I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Iselin, NJ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Lengthy and slow moving, Seemed at the time to be a little bit disorganized. The interview process was conducted in a way that did not align with the expectations set beforehand. Communication regarding the agenda and structure was unclear, which made it a challenge to prepare adequately. Additionally there were instances where the interaction felt overly formal, and lacked the conversational flow typical of an engaging interview. While I appreciate the opportunity, the overall experience could have been more streamlined and candidate-focused.
