Interview
I had a phone interview first that lasted over one hour discussing the role of the job, the company and their culture as a whole, then multiple in-person interviews at the facility. The overall experience was positive. The people are nice. The Actuarial Assistant position is part of the Actuarial Development Program where you are required to pass 1 exam every 18 months. You are required to have passed an exam within the past 18 months to interview.

One HR screening, one phone interview, and two in person. Spoke with hiring manager in the phone interview and two in person interviews. Also spoke with 4 other senior actuaries.
