I applied online. I interviewed at Meta in Oct 2020
Interview
There was an introduction followed by probing questions designed to see how you approach the task of managing the development of a product/project.
I would strongly recommend reading the qualifications because the interviews can be very different depending on the capacity of the role (the “T” in TPM can be a deceptively broad umbrella term )

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to prioritize projects and features.
There are two rounds of interviews and prep discussion with resource agent in between. The first relatively straight forward. The second round is exhausting which included 5 sessions. Although the questions do not have a black or white answer, the interviewers have their own answer which you must hit.
