Not transparent, terrible experience. 4 part interview, there were multiple interviewers at each interview. There was little engagement, little clarity from the interviewers on what the role would do and how it would be integrated.

Interview
Got a call from a recruiter, passed the screening then moved on to speak with the hiring manager. The conversation went well and I was scheduled to speak with another member on the team - that's when things went dark. For two weeks I didn't hear anything from the recruiter who was facilitating the interview, no response to any of my followup emails. To this day I still don't know what happened. Well, guess I was simply ghosted.

Had a great discussion with the hiring manager in the first stage, seemed to be aligned on position and hiring needs. Oddly did not move on to next round of interviews.
