💼 Screening Round:
It started with a product use case followed by SQL questions. Then moved into analytical reasoning—comparing CTRs, thinking through statistical significance. I felt pretty good by the end of that round.
(Cleared it!)
🌀 Then came the full loop—4 rounds, all virtual:
👨 Behavioral:
I talked through experiences—convincing cross-functional teams, handling tough coworkers, dealing with failure. Just kept it honest and tried to reflect on what I learned.
🤔 Analytical Reasoning:
This started off strong. I felt confident identifying success metrics and thinking through what “good” looks like for a product that had completed a pilot. Where I stumbled was in shifting from my usual A/B testing mindset to one that called for causal inference from past data. Definitely a learning moment I’ll carry forward.
👨💻 Technical Skills (SQL):
Pretty straightforward. I broke each question down into smaller parts and tackled them step-by-step. Focused on clarity, logic, and checking for edge cases.
🧮 Analytical Execution:
This round dove into stats and probability— binomial distribution, audience reach modeling, stuff like that. I actually enjoyed thinking through it live.

The Interview Process is very structured -
First Tech Screening round - 45 mins (usually can extend a bit depending on the interviewer)
- 2 SQL Questions ( Medium to Hard ) - based on Joins
Full Loop - 4 rounds 45 mins each.
- SQL
- Behavioral
- Analytical Execution - stats & prob, A/B testing, case study
- Analytical Reasoning - Case study

Question 1
Questions on Bayes Theorem, Probability distribution, etc.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Completed 3 rounds of the process, which includes the initial recruiter screen, technical, full loop, and team matching.
Couldn't move past the full loop interview. The interview was very engaging, and I actually enjoyed working through the cases. No crazy questions.
It's all organized. Be prepared to showcase your depth of thinking. Two analytical rounds will make you think on your ability to solve probability and experimentation problems. Have a structure for everything
