Meta MLE intern interview questions

Classic meta LC questions, didn't go through as the hiring freeze in November. The whole process is so weird to me, my scheduled interview was after the date they announced hiring freeze, but the still asked me to do the interview. The interview went well I believe, but after 1 or 2 months, the recruiter sent an email that they have filled up all hc and closed my application.

2 coding questions. Top k elements and k th smallest element in a sorted matrix. Each question can have around 30 mins. You need to write space and time complexity.
