1er entretien RH: 30min autour de la motivation et explication des experiences, puis 30' avec le Hiring Manager avec un focus sur vérification d'expérience et avis sur les thématiques du poste, puis entretien avec l’équipe

Recruiter acts as a partner and brief you to be prepared. Very intense process but very transparent in terms of what comes next, who will interview, what will be their focus etc. Emphasis on hard and soft skills. Permanent position was changed into a short term contract during the process.
