Meta Technical Program Manager interview questions

Like other reviewers identified, the interview process for TPM roles comprises 5 interviews after the initial screen. System Architecture & deep dive in your work experience, System design for a common product or service, Program sense, Partnership, Behavioral... Each interview is about 45 mins and the interviewers go off of question banks. The interviews are very challenging technically and otherwise. Interestingly, the technical interview questions were pretty standard but the Partnership interview was the weakest one with super vague questions. That interview seems to be a placeholder for the interviewer to see if they are able to like the candidate rather than go through the process impartially like the other interviews. Not very impressed with Meta on this front. What they tell you is that it is to see if you have worked with different teams cross functionally. But the questions in this interview have nothing to do with cross functional work and interactions. Rather, this interview is a catchall for whatever the interviewer of the day wants to ask.
