Fairly easy process for new unit. The staff seem to get along well. The hospital itself was nice in this unit. Management seemed knowledgeable about the unit. It was an overall good experience

Interview
Rude and horrible at interviewing. Job fair that had very limited positions so they were very uninterested in interviewing so many potential candidates. It was late in the day and they had already made their minds up. Job fairs are a waste of time.
