MetroStar Systems interview questions

The applications on the company website don't matter, you have to know the hr or the team developer to get the interview. there was just one technical interview which had a few hr questions and a lot of technical questions. it went all the way from front end to back end. it was a bit grilling but if you know your stuff its ok. what really ticks off is they dont get back to you after the interview, for like more than a month so you are allowed to assume that you did not make it, even if the interview was good.

Applied with metrostar systems via monster.com. Recruiter contacted to conduct a phone screening and provide an overview of the position and company. After completing the phone screening the recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person on-site meeting. The face to face interview lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours. Applicants will speak to three project managers individually for 30 minutes. Situational and open ended questions are asked. The staff was very professional and friendly; however, I never received notification on a decision.
