HR Screen first. The person will ask your availability. But during my process only time they were free is between 11:00AM to 12PM and that’s it…. Then interview with two employees . One is the director and the other will be the supervisor .
I personally didn’t care for the interview here because the way it came about. They asked me question that was nothing to do with security. Don’t ask me a database question, because I’m not applying for a database position. I’m applying for security. The job description is vague , and they said it’s what on the description. Meanwhile when I was interviewing, it wasn’t on the job description. Just be aware . There very old school culture. They have contractor that’s part of the team, and I asked them why are they hiring. There answer it’s just due to retirement . Like to me, if you have contractors for 5+ years. I question a lot with this company. So thankfully I didn’t move forward.
UPDATE: They posted the job description now for level 4 -5, NOW they changed the entire job description and added more duties that actually make sense . HR is real good for reading reviews and changing the job description. The problem is the interviewers. NOT HR. BE AWARE THAT THE FOLKS that interview you, will ask you NON SECURITY related question. WHICH MAKE NO SENSE. Good luck.
