It was a quick 10 minute interview about my interest in the position, my interest in research, and my experience with children. I essentially applied through handshake in the beginning of the summer and got an interview request two months later. I think I found out I got an offer a few weeks later. The job was flexible and they were willing to pay you which is rare for undergraduate research positions.
