You are placed through a multi-step process in which you are interviewed by a Manager, placed through a technical skills test, and finally, interviewed by the General Manager. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall, the process can take over a week.

Talked with a manager, then the store manager. As long as you have an actual understanding of computers and how they work, everything is pretty easy. Answered questions, then a simple IQ test. IQ test is fairly easy with basic math and logic only. It seems the initial talk with a manager has a huge impact as a good recommendation will get you in contact with the store manager almost immediately.
