Applied on indeed then they emailed me about interviewing on montagetalent which is a webcam based interview. After submitting I never got a reply back on if I was accepted or not. Emailed the manager but didnt reply.

The interview process I went through was less of a one-on-one traditional interview and more of a group interview session. I was informed that I would get a call back to schedule a one-on-one interview, but that never happened.

Interview
The interview process wasn't too bad. They ask you to take two types of tests, and then you meet with someone. I interviewed the manager of the sales floor (NOT the GM) and i feel like it went well honestly.
You take a math and reading comprehension test as well as an employee behavioral test before spending around 15 minutes discussing your interest and familiarity with the position. Be careful not to sound too overqualified.
