Micro Center Sales Associate interview questions

They did a group interview. Me an one other person. They then walked out of the room and basically had use tell each other what our work/ education history. For me I know HTML5/CSS3, C++ and am currently pursuing a degree in software development. I've built PC's and have a working knowledge of the 3 major OS's. I also know some of the terminal and command prompt commands. trouble shooting skills, knowledge of the different types of networks , switches, routers, bluetooth, NIC's and what different one's do I could add more but you get the point . At other places I have worked my sales numbers have always been good. Other guy knows someone who works there, has a degree in a totally unrelated field only comparable work experience that applies here was gamestop so he knew sales. Got told sorry we went with the other candidate. I guess it's really not what you know ,it's who you know.

The interview process is very simple. You must take two tests to qualify for a job. There are at least two interviews. One with the immediate supervisor and with either the GM or another manager. Unfortunately I, many of the managers are incompetent.
