Interview
My process started with a phone screening with the company recruiter. Was followed by a phone interview with a senior manager to discuss company culture and the organization and acted as first gatekeeper in the process. After follow-up with recruiter wait a few weeks and interviewed with my eventual boss to discuss his needs and the opportunities in his organization. Finally met with the hiring manager and after that offered the position to join the company

What are the 3 factors that drive a successful consulting business?
Technical and behavioral questions plus online tests that you do before interview. Very nice atmosphere two people asking questions.
Questions about bi systems experience etc. They check also foreign languages.

Interview
Long about 5 interviews over 2-3 months, general experience , technical knowledge , data modeling, bi related questions and communication skillset, travel requirements, background checking. I was referred by an employee, got a phone screening first by several team members from different locations, some where standard 10 questions and others were more communicative with Q&A, everybody seemed excited of the company at a that time, passing boot camp was a condition of employment .

Interview
Phone interview, technical phone interview, in person interview, bootcamp included tests and 6 weeks of training. Employment is contingent on passing the bootcamp tests by 75% score or more. Bootcamp included complete training of MicroStrategy technology and project to build applications using MicroStrategy.
