The whole process took about a month. Interview questions were not challenging. There are about 4 interviews for the onsite interview.
Onsite interview (Career Fair) --> HackerRank --> Phone Screening --> Onsite Interview
It went well however im not selected. Company was good my skill was bad may be gave java developer interview but was rejected in 1st round . Ambience was so good and lot of happy faces around

HR interview -
The main point was to discuss some logistical stuff regarding the entire interview process. After this HR interview, there will be a 1 hr technical interview with an existing SWE at MicroStrategy. If successful, you will be invited to another technical + cultural fit interview with a manager/director. And the offer will be made based on that.

What was your favorite project that you worked on?
One goo thing was that it was timely. They sent a series of technical coding tests and data science tests. There was quite a few statistics questions that are good to brush up on.
