Interview
I met people from HR first, who screened me. Then I had a phone screening, then I got an in-person interview. There were a number of analytical questions - designed at discovering how you solve a problem and whether you can solve the problem.

If a building has 8 floors, and an elevator can open (or not open) it's doors on each floor, how many permutations of unique elevator trips are there when the elevator goes from the 1st floor to the 8th floor?
