I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Micron Technology in Sep 2011
Interview
The first was over a month prior and it was a phone interview.
For the in person interview, there was a young hr asst who read straight from a script. No surprise questions. There were 2 higher ups who also interviewed. The first asked a few of the same questions. The last asked fewer, but were also same questions. All asked what the company was about and did. All assured that position was "promotable"
I applied online. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview was very straightforward for an entry level job. Not a lot of technical questions. Interviewer was easy to talk to and more relaxing as it an online interview.
A mass interview was held with people applying for different roles waiting for their interviews. Light snacks and water was provided. Each round was a one on one. Waiting time for the entirety of the process was quite long, around 4 hours.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Manassas, VA)
Interview
Two phone interviews, one with an HR recruiter and one with your eventual shift lead. Followed by a three-person panel interview in person. I interviewed for an entry level position, so they asked very basic questions. "Describe a time that you...," etc. They will basically hire anyone who shows the slightest amount of competency.
