I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Apr 2016
Interview
It's like a prostitute fish tank. They get a whole bunch of people to come down and treat you like a number. No respect for the interviewees. Whole process took like 6 hours. First was an IQ test, then interview with M1, then M2 then M3 (director). A lot and a lot of waiting time, I think Micron runs their interviews like a hospital, you are given a number and you just wait for your turn to be called.
Basic questions on semiconductors, and thorough review of resume. They will go through all the experiences and the projects listed in the resume and ask questions from it. Some managerial questions as well on how would handle team work, time and pressure.

There were 2 rounds mostly behavioural and questions based on your resume. First one was with managers and the final one was with the director . Overall the interview process was chill but the hr follow ups were pretty slow

Question 1
They asked me on the jd and why I want to do this particular role and other FIT questions
Applied online through LinkedIn and was soon shortlisted for a logic and aptitude test. After passing that, I had an online Microsoft Teams interview with two engineering team leads. The conversation was mostly straightforward, focusing on my resume details, past projects, and why I wanted to join the company.
